A Word from the Dev
Hey friends ( *︾▽︾) long time no see! Over the past two months, I’ve been closely following and updating Neon Ascending, and I’m confident this round of content will be even more satisfying for everyone~
As for the most anticipated feature — we’ve finished the first version of the Talent Tree! It currently includes 93 nodes covering multiple aspects like economy, offense, defense, and multi-turret strategies. We’ll continue expanding the depth of these paths in the future.
On the performance side, we've improved the frame rate by at least 20%, maybe even 30%? Anyway, it's a lot smoother now!
What’s next on the roadmap? Something like this:
- Expand the Talent Tree with additional and unique nodes
- Add new affixes, equipment modules, and enemies
- Alien fusion — or perhaps a brand new experimental mode
Thanks so much for playing and supporting the game!
If you enjoy it, please share your screenshots and videos — help us get the word out!
