You know, we don’t like to keep you in the dark about the development of Songs of Silence, and since there won’t be a game update this week (but hopefully early next week!) we think it’s at least time to tell you what happened so far, and we’re planning!
Next Update coming soon!
We know, you’re waiting for the next update. And we hope to bring it soon. But we already have good news – this will be a bigger one! Remember the Roadmap we shared?
The next Update 0.6.0 will also be our first Update from our Roadmap! Movement System Rework and Improved Controller Support is something we’ve been wanting to work on for a while now, and it’s coming very soon! Oh, and we can already let you know we also have some Community Feedback implemented, which were shared by our fans on our Discord server. Thank you all for sharing your ideas and suggestions!
Do you have an idea on how we can improve Songs of Silence? Let us know on our Discord Server https://discord.gg/songs-of-silence-1068472676127100988
Private Beta branch coming to release!
This update will also bring the updates from private beta branch into the current release version. This means we will have Map 2 & AI improvements available for everyone, but we will of course share the details again in the patch notes!
IMPORTANT: This update will invalidate your previous Map 2 save files, but not impact your achievements.
While we’re at important notes: Since we fixed an issue with the Encyclopedia stats for the location counter, your counter will be reset to 0. We’re sorry about this inconvenience. But this update allows us now to track & display the locations counter correctly. Thank you for understanding.
We are at Gamescom! Indie Arena Booth here we come!
Do you want to try out Songs of Silence in person while talking to the team? Great! We will have a booth at this year’s Indie Arena Booth at Gamescom. Come and say hi! We will have some Goodies for you 😊

Community Manager Ilcin and Head of Staff Winnie had the opportunity to present Songs of Silence, and we were so happy to see everyone trying out our game and enjoying it.
