Wall World has achieved the incredible milestone of 200,000 copies sold worldwide!
Thank you to our whole community! Thank you everyone for the amazing response to our game 💙
Your immense support motivates us to keep enhancing the game and opens up possibilities for future development. We're able to celebrate this moment with all of you.
That’s why we have prepared an infographic showcasing our most exciting accomplishments.
👀 And as a fancy bonus we will share some fun facts about Wall World and its development process:
- The idea of Wall World originated in 2016
- The initial concept of Wall World was so similar to Terraria
- Our team really likes Dome Keeper. We're huge fans, and we think it's freaking amazing
- When the game's name is pronounced by a specific voice on the title screen, it's a tribute to Earthworm Jim (1993) and Resident Evil (1997). And guess what? That very voice can be heard in our previous game, Necrosmith!
- The sound you hear when you pick up diamond dust was actually recorded for Necrosmith by the game's producer, who managed to create it solely using their lips and a microphone 😉
- The explosion animation for the spiders was inspired by explosions in the anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners
- When we animated the flight of the capsule after the explosion, we aimed to capture that cool vibe from the game Flashback (1992)
- The number "37" on the spider rescue capsule is super important for the story. But hey, no worries! We'll reveal their true meaning to you later 🤫
