Hey there, travelers!
Can you believe it’s already been a year since we first announced Hotel Galactic? Since then, we have ran together a successful crowdfunding campaign, launched a demo version to an overwhelmingly postive reception and tomorrow... we're finally doing. Tomorrow we are finally launching into Early Access!
To help with the wait, we’ve prepared something special for you. From the very beginning, Marietta has been one of the central characters we wanted you to meet. Her role in Hotel Galactic is pivotal — but how did it all begin? Who is she? And how did she end up guiding guests to Gustav’s inn?
The lore of Hotel Galactic runs deep — so deep that even five full games wouldn’t be enough to tell all the stories we’d love to share. That’s why we created a webcomic: a way to tell Marietta’s story in a more personal, chapter-based format.
Hotel Galactic: The Wind Thief - Read here
💫 Dive into a heartfelt story of rebellion, loyalty, and identity — where family and duty collide among the stars. Follow Marietta as her crew chases freedom, while she carries a truth too heavy to share… and a past that won’t let go. 💫
We have also prepared a couple translated versions available here:

With Early Access launching tomorrow, we’ll also be sharing our post-launch roadmap, giving you a sneak peek at the content and features coming in future updates.
Hotel Galactic opens its doors for you tomorrow at 7 PM CEST / 10 AM PDT
Join our community of fellow travelers on Discord - we are waiting!
A bonus gift, new screenshots to whet your appetite before the launch!
We hope to see you everyone on launch day! We took a lot of time to read through your feedback and implement many of the requested mechanical and QoL changes. What no one has seen yet though, is the story. Who are you, really? Why is Gustav the way he is?
It all starts tomorrow.
Thank you,
Ancient Forge
