Small Update #2

- Overall game optimization, the game should stutter less and load faster, also improved memory consumtion
- Increased Military container outline distance, now it should be easier to spot military loot
- Decreased Seekers spawn rate when SOS signal is off
- Decreased food decay rate
- Stone hammer increased durability
