Update v0.9.2

- Made it so the bedroom is hidden, until the player ventures there.
- Fixed parralax smoothing issues.
- Improved intro title.
- Improved difficulty selection "lag" on start menu.
- Removed ability "give up", this should only be available from the main combat menu and not as an ability.
