Playoff selection show:
Previously, your team's postseason invite would be shown in a dialog without much fanfare. Now, after the CCG week, there is a special "Playoff selection show", just like they have in real life. Each team from #25 to #1 is revealed one by one, providing drama for who makes the playoffs and who just misses out. Afterward, you can view the whole playoff bracket as well as all the bowl invites.
Award ceremonies:
Similarly, player award ceremonies have been given their own special event. Now, the big league awards like POTY have their own ceremony, which reveals the 5 finalists one by one, before finally announcing the winner. Vote tallying has been changed slightly to be more realistic as well. And you can still view all your team awards, as well as the All-American and All-Conference winners, to see who from your team made it.
Custom player and coach award names:
Speaking of awards, you can now rename all league-wide awards to your heart's desire! Head to the "Game settings" page for a new option (next to the God mode toggle) which brings up the dialog seen below. These award names will replace the defaults everywhere from those award ceremonies to the player page to the coach career stats.
Superstar recruits:
Another fun feature has been added to recruiting; the addition of "superstar" recruits. These recruits are similar to gems, just much higher rated. They will usually be 5-stars with good potential and really good starting attributes, allowing them to have impact right away. The recommended setting is 1-3 of these recruits per season, but this can be tuned up or down slightly. For existing saves, you'll need to enable them in the "Advance Year" stage by changing the recruiting setting.
New avatar clothing:
As you may have noticed by now, the way players dress has been changed! Now, they'll wear a shirt in the correct color for their team, and even have their jersey number displayed. Coaches also have changed so they wear a hoodie of the right color, and even ADs and boosters now wear blazers to reflect their more business-like demeanor.
There have also been a bunch of other UI changes, balance adjustments, and bug fixes. You can read the full list of changes below.
