Phaeris will make its return to its original home in Ankama’s Head Office, in Roubaix, France on April 13, 2015.
During this period, Phaeris will be inaccessible until the migration is completed on April 15, 2015. Players will be compensated for the 2 days down time once the server is back up. The package will be announced separately.
The migration will have some effects on the current Phaeris we all know and love but it is a necessary move to ensure that the quality of service offered to all players is equal, around the world. Over the past few months, the players in Phaeris have been plagued by numerous problems not found on the other servers -- random disconnects, connectivity issues and others that were reported via support channels and Ambassadors. While the move back home may not be a permanent solution to these issues, the Ankama team and Devs would be able to take a closer look at these issues and will predominantly be able to provide much better support to players in Phaeris.
What's going to happen?
At this point, there are no major changes to what you already experience in Phaeris except for the following:
- Players will have to confirm their migration through our migration page.
- The migration page will be available on or before April 13th.
- The server time will now follow Paris Time (UTC +1) instead of GMT+8
- After the Migration, players of Phaeris will also be able to access REMINGTON. You can continue your adventure in Phaeris server or have a fresh start in Remington server.
- The Phaeris server item mall will now be closed. The item mall to be used will be the Remington server item mall.
- Players will no longer be able to purchase rental items or stat costumes. Pre-existing stat/rental costumes will be linked to account.
- Wakfu.asia will redirect to Wakfu.com
- A unified Forum. No data from the Phaeris forums will be carried over – as such, we suggest that players back up their favorite guides and posts, so they can be reposted if required.
What do I need to do?
Certain data will not be carried over to the new Phaeris; this includes the
- Forums - your name, rank, any content in the forums will be removed
- Ankabox - messages will be deleted
- Pending Gifts will be removed. Claim them before the migration, or they will be lost.
- Confirm your migration via our Migration page (which will be available soon).
It is recommended to all players to backup any forum posts, Ankabox messages they want to keep, and claim any pending gifts prior to the migration as they will be deleted. Once this is complete, head over to the Migration Page to confirm the migration of your account and you’re done!
Steam and LikeVN Users

DLC packs for the APAC community can no longer be purchased and will be available again on April the 15th, 2015 after the migration.
