There are family histories that the World of Twelve isn't close to forgetting. That of the knights, sons of Count Saverne, is one of them. Today, they're back in the forefront. Darkness, Drop, Leaf, Cloud and Flame: what would you say to having them as sidekicks? But first, discover (or rediscover) who they are!
Remember, way back in the Age of the Dofus, in 337: Count Saverne was devoting himself entirely to experiments on Amakna's inhabitants — experiments that were, to say the least, strange and controversial. To put an end to these disgraceful acts, the king of Bonta charged Hissering the Handyman with putting the mad genius out of action. Which is to say: Clustus Sheran Sharm wanted him caught – alive was good, dead was better!
No sooner said than done: Hissering surprised the genius in his lab, at the top of the Dark Tower. What he found was rather macabre...
"The first thing I saw when I entered the room was that there were jars everywhere... at first I thought 'Wow, this guy really likes jam!', but when I got closer, then I really understood... What horror! Women...! Women in jars! All of them reported missing in Amakna! I didn't dare imagine what type of experiments the dastardly Saverne was subjecting them to..."
The horrifying spectacle before him made his mind up for him - he would fix the Count for good! But what he didn't discover until afterward, with a mixture of surprise and horror, is that the late count had been the father of 5 little kids... Full of remorse, he decided to adopt them. Days, months, and years passed - the 4 children grew in their new home: Hissering, his wife Lysse and their natural son Babalu.
Everything was great. Up until the day the 5 brothers revealed their incredibly powerful elemental powers... Excited about this discovery, Hissering decided to create for each of his adopted sons a weapon that could amplify and channel this magic: the Tormentator.
Maybe you're already equipped with one of these Tormentators so you too can enjoy the powers of Darkness, Drop, Leaf, Cloud and Flame!
The first of them in the spotlight will be Flame Knight! Even though his base element is fire, his powers vary depending on his equipment. Which makes him a mercenary capable of adapting to any type of situation! Soon, a devblog will explain the game ideas behind this new sidekick. While you wait, you can always check out Flame Knight's encyclopedia page.
Available for a free trial starting on the 30th of April and lasting 7 days, this sidekick will then be available in the shop for the price of 5,800 Ogrines.
Are you burning with anticipation yet?
