Balance:
- Increase forest boss's health slightly
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the overworld sometimes not fading back in after the forest continent intro cinematic played
- Fixed the game difficulty being unable to be increased to legendary after a game was started on a lower difficulty
- Fixed edge panning not working for up and right directions
