Hi Crafters,
How is everyone lately? I hope you all have been doing good.
The development of the new content is going good so far, but as we mentioned before, it is taking longer since we are adding a lot of new things to complete the rest of the Cavern area in this update.
The update will have a brand new character, the Jeweller, as already revealed, 5 new bosses to fight, more than 100 new talents available to customize the characters, new elixir skills and new enemies to fight, along with several bug fixes from the reports that the community has sent. All of these takes time, so the update is still in process, but is moving forward nicely.
And of course, the adjustments to the difficulty modes, as discussed on the previous Daily Newton here on the Discussion Forum. Not only the changes on Malignous Mode, we are also making some big adjustments to the Easy Mode to fit more into an easy aspect. The amount of materials for Easy Mode will be increased and enemies will have their attack speed and movement speed decreased considerably, to give players more room to think as an Easy Mode should.
Malignous Mode will have its adjustments as well. We will test the change in this mode on the next update, so let us know what you all think about it and the differences it makes when the time comes.
Also as the development of this new content moves forward, I have also started working on the art assets for the next part of the game, since I have to wait for my husband to implement and program a lot of stuff before testing the new mechanics/skills/enemies/etc. (For those who don't know, my husband is the programmer and I am the artist.) Hopefully this may speed up the next portion of the content a little bit. The 12th character is already designed and animated, and I think we could make a sneak peek of them here soon.
I guess that is all for today, with the Daily Newton! More information in the future, so keep an eye out for it.
Have a good day! And keep Crafty!
