How is everyone today?
We wanted to come today to talk a bit about the development of the next characters and how everything is going so far, some things to expect and more.
As we mentioned, the development of the 10th character has been intense, but it moved a very good pace! So we finally have her implemented in-game and almost ready for some testing! Exciting!
There are a few details that still need to be wrapped up for her, before we start developing the stages of the new Secret Area!
YES! A brand new Secret Area will be introduced with the 10th character, so players will have new enemies to fight, new stages to conquer and new challenges to clear in the Halloween themed update. The new area can already be found as of the current update, but is of course locked as we continue the necessary development of its stages. The good news is that aside from the few details of the new character, most of the assets are ready to build the new Stages, so it won't be much longer before she can join the game. Therefore, we will make THE REVEAL of the 10th character really soon.
As for a release date of the content, it should not be far off, but we don't have an exact date to give yet. So we ask for patience as we continue to develop this special content for Crafty Survivors. This character has been envisioned before the release of the Demo of the game, even before the Prologue version in 2022! So you can all imagine our excitement to get close to her debut! :D

Here it is!
She will have a brand new mechanic in the game and this will surely shake things up! Expect a lot of crazy things to come with her! We will get more into details on her reveal post, where we will talk about her name, profession and mechanics.
Another part of the current development of Crafty Survivors, we are working on the final Stages of the Beach. Remember that first Secret Area? Yeah, the one that brought the dashing Fisherman to the game. Quite beloved, isn't he? As it is long overdue (we know) the challenges and boss of the Tropical region will be released soon as well. It took a while to plan and design what we wanted for these stages, but we finally came to the point we know what we want for these! So expect to get back to the Beach soon! Maybe in time for Summer, eh? :)
As for what is coming first, the 10th character or these stages, I cannot say for certain right now.
Oh, but I mentioned characterS in the beginning of this news right? Plural. Yeah! That is right, we are already designing and will begin to work on the 11th character of the roster pretty soon! We have been planning the details of this character and the mechanics they will add to the game, the impacts and a lot of other exciting things! This character has been mentioned in-game text a few times now, since the beginning of the Mail System! The 11th character will be no other than the special "J"! What will they be capable of and their profession is a talk for the future, of course. I bet our illustrious Seamstress is going to be happy with this.
