Hello, Fishers!
As some of you may know, some countries in the East use the lunar calendar along with the Gregorian calendar. And February 10th is the Lunar New Year. Originally, we wanted to introduce a more refined version of Fishing Online before the New Year, but due to a slight delay in our schedule, it seems we will be able to show you the updated version in mid-February. With this version, you will be able to see the addition of more fishing battles and the harvesting feature that adds variation to the monotony.
Fishing Online is not based on general reel fishing, but rather on freshwater fishing with rod fishing. Of course, someday we plan to expand the genre to include reel fishing, sea fishing, boat fishing, and more, but for now, we are focusing on freshwater fishing. This style of fishing may feel a bit unfamiliar, but we believe it can offer a different kind of excitement. And we want to bring you enjoyment through its gradual growth and development.
Fishing involves preparing equipment, baiting the hook, casting, then hooking based on the bite, and struggling with the fish. Finally, you come face-to-face with the opponent you've been struggling against. And to continue fishing, you collect bait, and during this process, you cook using the vegetables and other items you gather. We are continuously working to create and complete the most ideal environment for this cycle to function(Perhaps one day, you might meet a street cat longing for fish and end up sharing a bond of closeness with them).
We are aware that there are still many areas lacking. And the final product may not perfectly match what you envision. However, we are committed to best integrating fishing, gaming, and the online genre. We continue to listen to your opinions throughout the development process. We are paying attention to each and every one of your requests. We ask for your active participation and feedback. Your logically approached thoughts and opinions can also greatly help in narrowing the differences among our developers.
During the process of conducting this Early access, there have been meetings with several developers who wish to participate in development. We are exploring positive directions that allow for gradual and faster development and working on various things. Please continue to watch us with interest, and we will strive to put more effort into development.
Anyway, I wish you all a very happy New Year, AGAIN.
