- Fixed an issue with the menu tabs not opening/managing state properly
- Fixed an issue with not being able to interact with menu tables with the mouse
- Fixed an issue with the menu windows not closing properly
- Fixed an issue with Biome agents (fishers, raiders, defenders) not properly resolving their specific "homes"
- Fixed an issue with agents not being able to navigate to targets due to the new FOW (Fog of War) system
- Somewhat related: fixed an edge case where agents would try and track battles before they fully initialized
- Fixed an issue with Raiders spawning at the Port instead of their bandit camp
- NOTE: If you have a Raider who last docked at the Port, they will undock from the port, but from now on, will use the Bandit Camp!
- Fixed an issue with Biome agents spawning on the terrain
- Made general improvements to the Biome AI logic
- Fixed an issue that prevented sea shanties from playing when they should (water depth detection)
- Removed the requirement for max speed in order for shanties to play
- Deep water and no enemies are still required to play shanties (will add VOs in the future for when shanties stop playing based on key events)
- Increased depth requirement to 20 (from 10)
- Added time compression system mostly used for testing (might use it for a future single-player fast travel system to discovered ports using the new discovery system) - you can use this if you want to sail around faster (`Shift + Num+` to increase, `Shift + Num-` to decrease - only supports keyboards for now, will expand to other control mechanisms when it's more fleshed out/tested)
