Build Update

All branches are now up to date with the latest fixes and changes ahead of release on June 6th! The changes mostly consist of minor fixes for scene transitions and more graceful handling of certain error conditions. I also made some changes to allow running more easily as a standalone build, such as a copy from itch.io!
