Hello, this is Soul Guardians.
Recently, we have confirmed the existence of characters who have gained unfair advantages by using illegal programs that are not allowed in Soul Guardians.
We are currently monitoring and taking appropriate measures, and we will continue to crack down on abnormal gameplay and illegal program usage.
We are in the process of recovering the goods that were abnormally obtained.
The sanctions for using illegal programs are as follows:
First violation: 30 days
Second violation: 100 days
Third violation: permanent suspension
We will continue to do our best to provide a better service as Soul Guardians.
Thank you.
