To address the following:
- The following known issue will be resolved. Affected players will receive the full amount of gold from their transactions in today's maintenance.
- Known Issue: Some players that sold items in their Auction House prior to the August 10th maintenance are unable to reclaim gold from the transaction.
- All affected gold will be sent directly to the player's bank, so there will be players whose gold amount in bank will exceed their bank limit - they will be still able to withdraw their deposit, but they won't be able to add more deposit to their bank.
- The previously disabled Auction House (effective 12:45 AM PDT) will be available.
- Requested name changes will not be processed at this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
