Add help/tutorial part.

This game is still in the early stage and I still constantly change it, so I choose the easiest way for the help function: text.
On the top left, click tutorial you can get the extra text for info. And the top right corner can give you some warning about bunny job assignments for factory buildings.

I changed the grid shader when click on the ground. It is more pretty.
