Hello everyone,
The PERCNOPS VIRTUAL RIG has been published for two weeks already, and we're extremely thankful for the support our early adopters have shown us so far.
As you have experienced, the tool currently provides basic features, allowing for the use of the VR controllers to play non VR pc games, supporting both Oculus headsets and Valve index, by emulating virtual gamepads and steering wheels.
The next step from there was for us to hear your opinions on how you want the game to evolve, the features and extra settings you want us to work on.
Your priority seems to have us work on an overlay version of the tool, we didn't want to pronounce ourselves too early on the matter, because so far our attempts at creating this version haven't been successful, but we definitely think you have oriented us in the right direction, and we're working on it, we want to give you the ability, at startup to pick between the VR environment ( for non VR apps ) and the Overlay version ( for VR apps ), and to provide joint features/ content for both versions, here is a hint at what it may look like :
As for in game content, your priority seems to be oriented towards bike sims, since proper physical sims are pretty rare and good ones come at exorbitant prices, we think you are right and that this request makes sense, so we're working on all the content that's gonna be covered ( biking gloves, motocross bikes (handlebar steering), motorcycles (physical leaning steering), bicycles, and atvs), and getting the experience just right, here is a sneak peek :
Finally a word of gratefulness to our user base, you are our supporters, and in order to properly show you it, we'd like to inform you that we are planning to make all future updates, extra features and content, free for all current owners of the game, we hope you enjoy our product, we're at your disposal to answer your questions and discuss your suggestions, on the steam community and on our discord server.
Kindest Regards,
Marko Rissi.
