Solo animation scenes
Heart symbols scattered across the map can now be interacted with to start a solo animation scene.
These will mostly be solo fun / Roleplay and will have dialogue that drives the scene forward and a little bit different UI (for example abilities won’t be present).
Companion from the (optional) pregnancy feature
It took me a while to create companions that inherit traits from their fathers, such as colors and attack types.
Right now, this is the only available companion, but adding more should be easy now that the base system is in place. It comes with attack animations, sounds, and AI that allows it to chase and attack targets. Each attack consumes 5% of its life.
Since this is an optional mechanic and the game is a TPS, I’ve decided not to have companions follow the player. This would require too much work and could lead to them getting stuck on ledges due to the terrain. Instead, companions will roam freely and only engage in combat when enemies are nearby. If you move too far away, they will disappear, but you can respawn them at any time.
I also developed a save system to manage all of this, including pregnancy stats such as:
- Seed inside, along with its properties like lifespan.
- Ovum count, determining how many can be fertilized.
- Fetus development, tracking its growth into a creature.
- Spawnable creatures, which can be summoned when ready.
Additionally, I reworked the animation scene UI, now featuring a kink tab, accessible by clicking the devil heart icon.
Climax System (Experimental)
An experimental system that triggers intense in-game animations, currently could be seen during animations with pregnancy feature enabled. A bar fills from 0% to 100%, and once it reaches 100%, climax animations can be triggered. Afterward, the system enters a short cooldown before it can be activated again.
Loot
Introduced different types of loot that can spawn across the map. Some loot can only be collected once, while others can be looted multiple times when replaying the same slot.
