Dear Magicians,
Greetings to you all!
Since the Early Access version has launched, we have completed four chapters so far and added 15 new spells, 10 new relics, and 11 new potions. We hope these updates have enhanced your gaming experience.
Throughout this period, discussions about "Magicraft" in the community and collaborative exploration of game content with players have been the greatest motivation for us. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and companionship.
Following several updates, we are now entering a phase of focused development to create a more comprehensive and enriched version of "Magicraft." We aim to complete this process promptly to avoid prolonged waiting periods. To prevent any misunderstandings, we will periodically update you with our progress on new content. Let's start by sharing some of the recent developments.
【Development of New Content】
Firstly, we are working on the fifth chapter, "Ancient Throne." Considering that many Magicians have mastered the game at the fourth chapter, making the difficulty levels less challenging, we decided to innovate this issue. Instead of following the same format as the previous chapters, where players progress through similar stages, the fifth chapter will be a boss rush chapter, featuring full of elite monsters and bosses to enhance your gaming thrill.
Moreover, spells, as the core element of the game, are not being neglected. We aim to introduce more spells in the 1.0 version, with fresh and interactive functionalities. Although balancing these new features without causing performance issues is challenging, we have made significant progress. You can guess their effects from the spell icons, and we will reveal more details in our upcoming updates.
New Spells
In addition, we are working on new initial outfits that tied closely to the spells, scene optimizations, and more diverse scene monsters. We will share detailed introductions once these new contents reach higher completion levels.
Scene Optimization
New Monsters
New Sets
We have also heard your feedback on various platforms and made targeted improvements to the game.
Game Experience Optimization
Over the past months, we identified several experience-related issues based on player feedback. These include resource overflow while other resources remain insufficient, longer single-game durations due to increased chapter content, and higher difficulty in building spell builds as the number of spells increases.
To address these issues, we have introduced new features such as the Out-of-Game Resource Exchange System, In-Game Shortcut Rooms (to accelerate game pace), Spell Lock Function, and Monster Girl Sensing Function. We hope these changes will enhance your gaming experience.（“Game is in development; the following does not represent the final product.”）
Resource Exchange
Shortcut Rooms
Monster Girl Feature
Additionally, we are working on improvements based on your feedback about the shop scarecrow's damage calculation display and the impact of automatic attacks influenced by the scarecrow. These enhancements aim to provide better damage statistics.
New Scarecrow
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all players who have consistently provided feedback since the game's launch. Your feedback helps us identify more issues and define the direction for future content development.
In the coming period, we will focus on refining the product. To ensure a quality gaming experience, we will release the game only after completing as much content as possible. Our goal is to deliver a 1.0 version this year.
The growth of "Magicraft" relies heavily on the support and oversight of all you Archmages. Please grant us a bit more time, and we will strive to deliver a satisfying and comprehensive game.
Thank you once again for your support.
Best regards,
The "Magicraft" Development Team
