World of Tanks: HEAT is still in development, but we're already inviting players to be part of the action. If you’re someone who loves competitive gameplay, has strong opinions about mechanics and balance, and wants early access to upcoming features, this is your chance to help shape the battlefield.
We're now opening applications for the Lodestar Program (LSP) a group of players who will work directly with our development and community teams to test early builds, try out new game systems, and provide targeted feedback that genuinely makes an impact.
What Is the LSP?
The Lodestar Program is our way of collaborating with our most passionate and engaged players before the game hits public release. It’s not just a sneak peek, it’s hands-on influence.
As an LSP member, you’ll:
Play early versions of World of Tanks: HEAT before anyone else
Share direct feedback with the devs via Discord and private surveys
Help us balance vehicles and their roles, test out new maps, and refine gameplay mechanics
Be part of an engaged community focused on building the best possible version of the game
If you're the kind of player who notices the little things - from reload timing to capture point geometry - you’ll fit right in.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re aiming to bring together a diverse group of players, including:
Tank game veterans who know the ins and outs of vehicle-based combat
Newcomers with a fresh perspective on controls, UI, and onboarding
Competitive gamers who think in win conditions, team comps, and metas
Creative thinkers who love theorycrafting or breaking things just to see how they work
You don’t need to be a streamer, pro player, or spreadsheet guru, you just need to be active, engaged, and honest in your feedback.
We’re also making sure that LSP members represent a global spread of time zones, platforms, and skill levels. Whether you're casual or hardcore, there's a role for you in the LSP if you’re committed to helping us build something special.
How to Apply
All you need to do is fill out the official application form. We’ll ask a few questions about your gaming background, what kind of tester you are, and your availability.
