Greeting Warriors!
Get ready for another dose of intense news for our isometric rogue-lite set in an evolved ancient Egypt – The Book of Aaru! You are familiar with our dynamic roll and parry mechanics, but now our game is stepping up to the next level.
We are enhancing our parry system with two unique options that will transform your defensive gameplay:
Forgiving Parry
Enjoy a wider parry window where perfect timing yields maximum rewards—stunning enemies, boosting stamina, and reflecting attacks. Even if your timing isn’t perfect, you still benefit with a 50% damage reduction!
Invincible Parry
Experience a block that always nullifies incoming damage. With perfect timing, you receive a full stamina boost, while any deviation might result in a reduced or even negative stamina gain.
Are you ready to dive into the intense action-adventure? Whether you're braving through labyrinths filled with traps and combat arenas or facing off in strategic and dynamic boss fights, mastering your defensive moves will be the key to shifting the tide of battle in your favor.
Which option makes you eager to master this powerful skill?
