We are rolling out an overhaul update to the RENNSPORT companion app, designed to make several both visual and functional improvements to the old version.
Starting now, you will see an update arrive via your respective app store; this replaces your current version with a faster, more coherent foundation for the future of RENNSPORT.
This update represents a major shift in how we build and deliver mobile features. While the core functionality remains familiar, we have completely overhauled the underlying architecture. This allows our development team to iterate faster and deploy new tools to your pockets with significantly more agility than before.
Refined Design & Interface
Beyond the backend upgrades, we have unified the visual identity of the application. We have audited the entire user experience to ensure that the design language is consistent with our broader platform aesthetic. Key improvements include:
Contest Hub: The Contest tab has been fully redesigned to provide clearer session information and easier navigation for upcoming races.
Dash Integration: We have implemented targeted improvements to the Dash tab, ensuring your essential telemetry and session data is more accessible and intuitive.
Coherent Visual Language: We have eliminated inconsistencies throughout the UI, providing a cleaner, more professional look across all menus and modules.
The Road Ahead
This update is about building a scalable foundation for what comes next. By unifying our design and stabilizing our codebase, we are positioning the app to grow alongside the RENNSPORT platform.
We are actively building this in tandem with your feedback. If you encounter any unexpected behaviour or have ideas for how we can make your mobile experience more powerful, please reach out via our official support channels or our Discord server. We are ready to listen, refine, and improve.
