We would like to share the shipping schedule and a few important details regarding the three goods reward events held since June.

※ Shipping start dates may vary slightly depending on the region.

■ Shipping Status Updates

- For Descendants in Korea, shipping status will be provided via the mobile phone number you submitted.

- For international shipping, updates will be provided via the email address you submitted.

■ Additional Email Collection for International Shipping

- For Descendants residing outside of Korea, we will need to collect your email address to provide shipping updates. Please see the submission period and method below:

ㄴ Submission Method: Log into the game → Check the “EMAIL SUBMISSION NOTICE” banner → Click the QR code or button provided in the banner → Submit your information via the link provided

※ This banner will only be displayed to Descendants who have won goods.

※ If you do not provide your email within the submission period, you will not be able to check your shipping status, and delivery may be delayed or unavailable.
※ In certain regions, delivery may not be possible due to local laws and regulations.

■ Additional Information

- Shipping costs will be covered by Nexon, and depending on the region, delivery may take up to 2–3 months.

- We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries or returns caused by inaccurate shipping information, which may prevent you from receiving your prize.

- Personal information collected for shipping will be used solely for that purpose and will not be used for any other reason.
