We’d like to inform you of the refund process for Caliber used in bundle purchases where a discount was not properly applied after Hotfix 1.2.23.
■ Refund Eligibility
- Descendants who purchased a bundle between the release of Hotfix 1.2.23 and the maintenance-free patch on PDT 2025.07.24 (Thu) while already owning some of the items in the bundle.
■ Refund Details
- Caliber equal to the amount that should have been discounted will be refunded via in-game mail.
■ Refund Schedule
- Refunds will be distributed sequentially via in-game mail starting PDT 2025.07.25(Fri) 01:00 AM.
