Magic
- Added new magic glyphs: Touch and Raise Undead.
Touch glyphs can be obtained by defeating Enthralled Foxes, and Raise Undead glyphs can drop from Skeleton Mages.
Dungeons
- Added minimaps for dungeons.
- Added the ability to place build parts inside dungeons. For example, you can build auto-harvesters near resource deposits in dungeons.
- Increased the default dungeon length from 10 to 14 modules for Caves and from 16 to 20 modules for Mines.
- Defeated enemies inside dungeons now respawn after two in-game days.
After clearing the dungeon and re-entering, you may still encounter a few enemies because not all of them spawn at once.
- Resources harvested in dungeons now have the same respawn time as deposits outside, and they are affected by harvesting abilities that increase formation speed.
Treasures
- Added treasure maps that provide hints on how to find hidden treasures.
- Added more types of items that can be found in treasures.
- Adjusted reward scaling from treasure-related skills.
- Hidden treasures can now be dug up without learning the Treasure Hunt skill.
Units
- Skeletons now drop additional loot: Rusty Claymore, Ancient Sword, Ancient Shield, Ancient Dagger, Chaos Staff, Cursed Talisman.
- Added summonable minions:
- Skeleton (Fire, Frost, Poison, Lightning, Bloody, Hallowed) - can be summoned using the corresponding Raise Skeleton spell.
- Golem (Fire, Frost, Poison, Lightning, Bone, Hallowed) - can be summoned using the corresponding Raise Golem spell.
- Minion strength depends on the following parameters:
- The minion's level and attributes are increased by 1 for every 2 Intelligence points of the caster.
- The minion's base damage is increased by 10% for each Intensity point of the summoning spell.
- The minion's bonus health is increased by 10% for each Magnitude point of the summoning spell.
- The minion's movement speed is increased by 2.5% for each Momentum point of the summoning spell.
- Minions can now apply effect buildups. Summoned skeletons and golems deal physical damage, but their applied effect buildup depends on their elemental type.
- Minions are teleported to the main character if the distance between them is greater than 30 meters.
- Added Enthralled variations for foxes.
- Added a trophy for defeating Skeleton enemies.
- Added a trophy for defeating foxes.
- Enthralled deer can now cast Elemental Orb spells.
- Increased the area of effect for the Skeleton Mage's ability, Chaos Explosion, by 25%.
- Fixed an issue where buildup effects could be applied to training dummies and shooting targets.
- Fixed an issue where unit navigation might stop working in certain cases.
Mounts
- Wild horses are now spawned with random colors (White, Palomino, Brown, Gray, Dark Gray, or Black).
- Increased the number of item slots provided by saddlebags from 18 to 30.
- Fixed an issue where taming a new horse while already having one could overwrite some of the previous data, such as affection value or leveling info.
Inventory
- Added four equipment slots for utility items such as Bags or Wearable Lanterns.
- Fixed an issue where an incorrect item might get removed from the inventory in some cases.
- Fixed an issue where equipping an item from a quickslot wouldn't work after loading a game until the item was re-equipped in the inventory.
- Fixed an issue where using a consumable item from a quickslot might cause the item quantity in the inventory to change incorrectly.
- Fixed an issue where dragging an item into quickslot could override consumable item uses.
- Fixed an issue where the last stack of an item wasn't consumed when used from a quickslot.
- Fixed an issue where quickslot item parameters (such as quantity, charges, quality, etc.) might not get updated.
- Fixed an issue where the item quickslot wasn't removed from the panel after salvaging the item.
Crafting
- Added craftable Tool Bags that have 60 inventory slots and provide bonus experience to harvesting skills.
They also have a function to automatically store all tools. It's disabled by default but can be toggled by clicking a small button in the top-right corner of the equipped item icon.
- Added craftable Belt Pouches that have 30 inventory slots and grant a bonus duration for consumables. They also have a function to automatically store consumables.
- Added craftable Backpacks that have 60 inventory slots and grant a chance to find additional loot when equipped. They also have a function to automatically store equipment, such as weapons and armor.
- Added Wearable Lanterns that can be attached to the character's belt.
- Added a crafting recipe for Claymore. It can be unlocked after salvaging a Rusty Claymore looted from Skeletons.
- Fixed an issue where crafting recipes might not unlock after obtaining the prerequisite resource in certain cases.
- Fixed an issue where the Cure crafting recipe was missing the Red Mushroom ingredient.
Building
- Added buildable ladders for storage platforms.
- Added buildable beehives. The crafting recipe is unlocked after obtaining Royal Jelly, which has a 25% chance to be found while collecting honey from wild nests.
- Added buildable storage for seeds. It is available under the Farming > Utilities tab and can be unlocked after discovering Lumber.
- Adjusted placement collision on large build parts (such as auto-harvesters) to make them easier to place.
Cooking
- Selecting a recipe from the cookbook will now automatically detect available food ingredients from bags and nearby containers.
- Fixed an issue where automatic ingredient selection might choose item stacks with lower quantities instead of the largest ones.
User Interface
- Added a pause button.
- Added a button to return to the main menu.
- Added a progress bar indicator to the game world loading screen.
- Added the functionality to switch between multiple quickslot panels (up to 9). The default keybinding for switching panels is Mouse Wheel Up/Down.
- Added a new Journal tab, "Summoning," which contains information about minions.
- Added bestiary entries for Skeleton enemies.
- Added a Nutrition parameter to the Detailed Stats, indicating when the character might develop a disease such as Scurvy.
- Portraits and health bars of active minions are now displayed beneath the main character's health bar.
- Character and world selection menus now use alphabetical ordering.
- Fixed an issue where some bestiary entries might contain incorrect information after switching between them.
- Fixed an issue where character selection context menus might have incorrect offsets.
- Fixed an issue where the Quickslot panel couldn't be interacted with while the Journal was open.
- Fixed an issue where some recipe unlocks might be displayed multiple times.
Settings
- Added support for Intel XeSS. It requires DirectX 12 and Windows 11 or Windows 10 64-bit, version 20H2 or newer.
- Added an option to rebind keys for switching quickslot panels.
- Added an option to skip empty quickslot panels when scrolling.
- Changed the default key binding for camera zoom from Mouse Wheel to Alt + Mouse Wheel.
- Adjusted slider step size for changing the FPS limit.
- Fixed an issue where the Magic Arts hotkey was not reset to the default value when the corresponding option was selected in the Settings menu.
- Fixed an issue where remapping a key to the Mouse Wheel could be overridden by scrolling.
Save Games
- Fixed an issue where the game might crash on load when certain plants or deposits were harvested.
- Fixed an issue where the character could spawn inside a foundation or other building part if the game was saved while the character was standing on top of it.
Audio
- Added sound effects to various enemy attacks.
- Added a sound effect for the torch attack.
- Fixed an issue where character footstep sounds didn't play when staff was equipped.
- Fixed an issue where footstep sounds might not play for some enemies.
Other
- Updated NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR versions.
- Fixed an issue where the RHI thread wasn't enabled by default when using DirectX 11.
- Fixed an issue where the sword weapon trail might have the incorrect type.
- Fixed an issue where a newly unlocked cooking recipe couldn't be selected in the cookbook until the Cooking Menu was reopened.
Hotfix 1
- Fixed an issue where exiting the Settings menu while the game is paused didn't reopen the pause menu.
- Fixed an issue where the auto-save timer was working while the game was paused, which might lead to incorrect save files.
