Update 0.156a - Reset Button, Population Growth Balancing

- Added a Reset button player owned humanoids. Will only appear when not in combat. Press this button to reset your character from any stuck conditions
- Rebalanced the population growth computations, specifically relating to food. You need more food to grow the population. Food yields from crops have also been reduced.
