We were thrilled to announce during IGN Live today that Dawn of Defiance, our open-world, survival-crafting game inspired by ancient Greek mythology, launches into early access Aug. 15, 2024, on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
This news coincided with all-new gameplay footage highlighting game features only briefly touched on in our reveal. This trailer expands on our expansive build systems, showing off decorative props and architectural pieces you can use to create a wide range of classical Greek structures, from grand halls to towering temples. Likewise, we revealed a new late-game enemy type: the Gorgons! You'll want to prepare your best gear and potions to take on these dangerous monsters lurking on the isles.
Community members were teased some of the updates shown in the trailer, such as the new biomes, items, and caves, so if you want to get development updates on Dawn Of Defiance before anyone else, make sure to follow us on socials, join us in Discord, and subscribe to the newsletter.

We're super excited to see players take to the isles and start their journey on the Forgotten Crossroads this Summer. Please bring us your hard-hitting questions and stay tuned for more news before our launch in August.
