Hello everyone!
From the 4th of April to the 8th, we participated in Turn-Based Thursday Festival, a super fun and successful event!
We were one small indie game in a sea of big titles such as Darkest Dungeon 2 and we are honored to have had the opportunity.
We came into the event with huge changes to the game. For those who have followed the Steam page, we have changed almost all gifs/screenshots to the new artstyle and combat system. The game has matured significantly, and that has showed in the wishlist count of the game, which we increased by about 50% by the end of the festival.

Next up is Endless Replayability Fest! Starting on May 13, it lasts until May 20 and will feature games with procedural generation and roguelike elements. We are a perfect match for it. ːsteamhappyː
We want to prepare well for this event. After going through a lot of player feedback, we've realized it's finally time to put focus on tutorial and polish. We want to show what Lost In The Open really has to offer. That has been hindered by player's not being given enough guidance and clarity during gameplay. We want to iron out the edges and add dynamic tutorials (think Baldur's Gate 3!) to make it less confusing and more fun to play the game.
After that, it's time for Steam Next Fest on June 10... but more on that another time :)
Cheers ːsteamthisː
