Patch 0.723

- Fixed an issue where the Hotkey for "Heroic Hit" was the same as rotating the skill. Added a hotkey option for rotating skills that can be rotated and set the standard key for "Heroic Hit" to B
- Fixed an issue where the Rotate Hint wouldn't display
- Added a debug option to add the optional boss quests, in case for those who might not get them, due to a past bug and have a save where these quests don't appear
- Fixed an issue where the skills overview would still only show 6 Hotkey slots
- All hotkeys will now be displayed in order during battle and unassigned hotkeys will be filled with unassigned skills in order of their aquisition when entering a battle
