Hey Gamers!
I'm beyond excited to share some big news – ELVERA, the passion project I've been pouring my heart into for the past year and a half, is finally ready to see the light of day and I can't wait to show you what all those hours have turned into.
Mark your calendars for January 15th, 2024, because that's when ELVERA's Early Access begins!
Meet the Developer
I'm Martin, also known as Muska, and I'm really excited to meet you all! While I'm not currently working in the gaming industry, it's where my aspirations lie.
ELVERA is a big step towards that dream, a project I've worked on during every free moment I've had outside my regular job. I know it might sound a bit cliché, but for me, this thing is much more than just a game. It's been a huge part of me for the last 18 months, and honestly, I'm both thrilled and a bit nervous to see what you all think about it.
Built with Passion, completely Free To Play
So, ELVERA is completely free to play. No hidden costs, no microtransactions – nothing like that. I wanted to make a game that's all about fun, not about money. It's not a big-budget game (or any budget really haha), but I've put everything I've got into this.
A Learning Journey for Me
Developing ELVERA has been a huge learning experience for me. I've grown a lot, not just as a developer, but also as a person. I've faced challenges, learned new things, and sure, there are some bits I'd maybe do differently. But that's part of the adventure, right? We learn, we grow, and we get better at what we love doing.
Your Support
I can't stress enough how much your support means to me. If you could add ELVERA to your Steam Wishlist, share it, talk about it – it helps more than you can imagine. For an indie developer like me, every thumbs-up, comment, and share is a huge boost.
Join The Adventure
I'm so excited for you guys to join me on this journey with ELVERA. It launches this Monday, and I'm eager for you to dive in and play. My hope is that you find as much joy in playing ELVERA as I found in making it.
Feel free to join ELVERA's Discord, follow on Twitter or subscribe to YouTube channel.
You can also follow me on my personal Twitter or YouTube, where I will soon start uploading some videos regarding development and especially Unreal Engine.
I will be posting another announcement on Monday alongside ELVERA's launch, containing massive patch notes and other cool insights about the game.
Lastly, in case you missed the release trailer, you can watch it here!
Until then,
Muska out!
