Changed the reforge UI.
Added new stat types:
Elemental Resistances,
Flat elemental on-hit damage.
Flat physical damage.
Flat damage type conversion.
Elemental resist added as a possible roll on gear.
All new stats coming to the skill tree in the next update.
Bug fixes.
