Being an Omega dancer in a bustling tavern is no easy feat, especially when you've sworn to entertain with your art, not your body. It's a principle I've upheld rigorously, despite the countless attempts to breach it. Many have tried to cross the line, and just as many have found themselves unceremoniously thrown out of the tavern. These encounters typically end one of two ways: the offenders either leave in a huff, never to return, or they slink away, accepting their defeat with a bruised ego.
However, one night, a particularly tenacious Alpha named Bowen stumbled into my life—or rather, was hurled out of it. Our first interaction was like many others: he tried to get too close, and I responded with a swift over-the-shoulder throw. I expected him to react like the rest—either with anger or embarrassment. But Bowen was different. Instead of storming off or retreating quietly, he dusted himself off and came back with a persistence that bordered on absurd.
At first, I thought he might be a masochist. After all, who would keep coming back after being publicly humiliated? His persistence was both infuriating and perplexing; each time I rejected him, he would return with a smile, trying new tricks and lines to win my heart.
Bowen: You like vanilla brulee. I don't mind making it for you for a lifetime.
Hong'er: No, thanks. I mind very much.
What interesting stories will unfold between Bowen and Hong'er? Stay tuned!
