Fixed Re-equip Perk glitch and minors changes

- Fixed the issue with the Re-equip Perk that caused the player to become immortal and have infinite stamina
- Fixed when you already have the OnlySide door open, but the door still shows the Open Door message
- Minor changes in scenario and boss enemy behavior (wip)
