Refund requests submitted after the application period may not be processable. Please ensure your application is submitted within the designated period.
Applications containing inaccurate information may not be processed.
Refund processing involves the cancellation of the original payment transaction. The time required for a refund to be completed may vary depending on your payment method and the applicable store policy.
Refund amounts will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.

We will do our utmost to ensure a smooth experience for you during the remaining service period.
Thank you.
