Hello, this is Project Moon.
An issue was identified that could block game progression following the ver. 1.95.0 update on Jan. 8.
To address this issue, the game will be updated to ver. 1.95.1.
This update will be applied first to the Steam version.
For mobile platforms (AOS, iOS), updates must undergo each store's review process, making it difficult to deploy the fixes immediately.
For Managers playing the game on mobile platform, we recommend playing on Steam until AOS and iOS version updates are deployed.
We will announce via a separate notice once the update becomes available on these platforms.
Please refer to the details below for more information.
[ Issue Details ]
1. An issue where the game may crash when combat cinematics are played in certain combat Stages
※ Affected Combat Stages:
- Main Story Chapter 7 Final Combat Stage
- Main Story Chapter 8 Final Combat Stage
2. An issue where special battle cinematics do not play
※ Affected Combat Stage:
Main Story Chapter 9 (Part 1) – Final Combat Stage
※ For Main Story Chapter 9 (Part 1)'s Final Combat Stage, the game may skip the battle cinematics instead of crashing.
[ Cause of the Issue ]
- We have identified an error in the logic design during the implementation of new special battle cinematics specifications, which resulted in excessive system resource usage, causing the client to close unexpectedly.
[ Issue Fix ]
- We have reverted the logic that caused the issue to the previous stable version. In order to prevent errors in game content and systems, the new battle cinematics have been separated from the existing logic and redesigned under a dedicated structure.
[ Future Measures ]
- Going forward, we will improve stability by introducing cross-checking procedures when implementing new specifications, involving not only the developer-in-charge but also other participating staff.
- We will also strengthen verification and testing procedures to ensure that changes applied to existing content do not introduce new issues.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to your battle progression and story immersion, and will endeavor to provide a more stable service environment.
