Hi everyone! A small patch for fixing minor issues.
- Fix: difficulty setting not correctly applied if the player does not change the difficulty
- Fix: difficulty setting is now correctly saved
- Adjust difficulty
- Add: a "very easy" difficulty
- Add: a lower water quality for the "low" graphic option
- Fix: Repair dockyard repair time
- Fix: texts in Pier and Repair Dockyard
- Change: texts in Headquarter
