Dear adventurers:
The new version of Argentum Online is now available! This new short season will have the following ratios:
x20 Experience
x10 Gold
x5 Gathering
There are countless changes incorporated into this new version in objects, NPCs, map, balance, etc. We recommend that you explore the game yourself, use the interactive map to inform yourself, and review the wiki: https://www.ao20.com.ar/wiki
Some of the most important changes to highlight are:
1) You will find fewer navigable training areas. The reason is because the areas will be enabled over time through user surveys in the September x1 season. Meanwhile, in this version, enjoy meeting more often in the already enabled dungeons.
2) We have incorporated a ship transport system that allows players to travel from ships in Nix to Arghal, from Arghal to Forgat, and from Forgat to Nix. Some teleports hidden around the map were also incorporated that we encourage you to find on your own.
3) Cutting down wood is no longer safe. Balancing it with iron mining, firewood can now be obtained in certain areas of insecure forest: https://www.ao20.com.ar/wiki/guia-recoleccion/talar. We appreciate you testing this new update to continue improving the game.
4) More pets and spell for Druids. Now the Human Druid can tame up to Brown Bear and Stingray, the Elf Druid up to Tiger and Shark, and the Gnome up to Direwolf and Cryptocrocus: https://www.ao20.com.ar/wiki/domar. Also, a new spell was incorporated into the game only usable by Druids and purchasable in Eleusis.
5) Unarmed combat for the Bandit. Bandits will find themselves almost exclusively focused on unarmed combat, since now the critical hit and unequip will be activated with knuckles https://www.ao20.com.ar/wiki/guia-general/balance. Combat with weapons will remain as a secondary tool for training https://www.ao20.com.ar/wiki/guia-clases/manual-de-bandido.
6) All characters become visible when performing a melee hit on another character.
We appreciate your continued support.
Long live the AO!
