- Added the NPC Quest "Reiz Ez" to Map 566: it contains a repeatable quest for those characters who have at least 25 points in Leadership
- 3 Demonic Hyena NPCs were removed from Map 391 (DD) and 2 Beholder NPCs and 1 Little Blue Dragon NPC were added in their place
- 2 Lesser Lich NPCs and 1 Orc Warlock NPC were removed from Map 115 (DM), and 2 Lich NPCs were added in their place
- 1 Orc Lord NPC and 2 Lich NPCs were removed from Map 116 (DM), and 1 Orc Warlock NPC and 1 Orc Guardian NPC were added in their place
- 1 NPC was added Wandering Skeleton and 1 Mummy NPC in Map 567 (Pyramid)
- 4 Caliph Scorpion NPCs have been removed from Map 564 (Pyramid) and 1 Giant Beetle NPC and 1 Mummy NPC have been added in their place
- Level requirement to access Catacombs II has been reduced to 15
- 1 Black Widow NPC has been removed from Map 291
- 1 Mysterious Spider NPC and 1 Emerald Spider NPC have been added to Maps 40 and 45
- 3 Black Wolf NPCs have been added to Map 366 (Desolation Cave)
Quest:
- The rewards for the quests "First Steps" and "The Big Bad Wolf" have been updated
