File Dialog (Initial Directory)

Hello

In this little update, We set the initial directory for different file dialogs like (New File, Save & Save As).

The default directory will be the applications folder
If we open a file inside a project folder, This project folder will becomes the default directory

This way it will be easy to open the examples, or other files in the same project without the need to switch to the project files window.
