It has been a month since the release of the Early Access version of our scum prisoner observation visual novel "Romp of Dump".
As of 2/20, the game has reached 13333 downloads, and I am surprised that more people have taken notice of the game than we had imagined!
Thank you so much, Observers, for punishing our scum prisoners!
I am currently preparing an update to make your prison life more enjoyable...!
【The review article was published!】
"Altema", one of Japan's largest game app strategy sites, has published a review of "Romp of Dump"! Click here to read the review: https://altema.jp/rompofdump
The article is designed to convey the game content in an easy-to-understand manner for those who have not yet played the game.
Please check out the article and spread the word!
【Next update notice】
The next update is scheduled for Saturday, March 9, around 0:00 JST.
Please pray that I can make it this time as well...!
The main scenario the "Vamp of Dump Case" is lifted.
A new main scenario, the "Vamp of Dump Case Ⅰ", and case documents available at the library event will be added.
Vamp of Dump, a serial killer who is the nemesis of the main character, As.
The spotlight is on its first case...
Unlike the prisoners' main scenario, "Confession of Crimes and Repentance Ⅱ", there is no game over in this episode, but it branches off into multiple (10 in first episode) "hypotheticals" depending on the choices.
You can choose any of the options and each play is short, so you can read it quickly, or you can go around and collect the branches. This is a consideration-specific episode!
Depending on your "hypothesis", you may discover a surprising aspect of the real culprit behind the Dumpir Prison, the Vamp of Dump.
System modifications are planned!
The system area that was pointed out in the review will be modified to make the game more comfortable to play!
The loading time when starting up the game will be greatly reduced to 1-2 seconds, and a progress bar will also be displayed.
The bug that caused a force close alert to appear when clicking during loading is also resolved.
(In the current version, the program will start up normally if you wait without clicking.)
This work was developed with Unity and the visual novel tool "Utage" and was made possible by the efforts of the "Utage" developers.
(There are other nice things under the blur in the actual game! Will be introduced with the update.)
In addition, the rules for mini-games will be modified to be more similar to actual casino games.
- In the mini-game "Blackjack", A (Ace) is now automatically treated as 11 points.
- In the mini-game "Poker", when two players have the same hand, the ranking is determined by comparing numbers and suits.
