Fixes
- I've added a level indicator to the pause menu in game.
- Added a game over screen to crashless mode.
- Added the ability to set your prefered main menu type (only in the main menu settings).
- Fixed the Leaderboards breaking when more than 3 users have set times.
Known bugs
- If you're the only person to have a score on a leaderboard it breaks - this wont be an issue once two people have played through all the levels.
