Submission content: player character name, QQ number, bug information or suggestion description (with screenshots)
Collection period: April 11, 2022 - April 17, 2022
Remarks: If you cannot submit information through the link, please feedback the role name, bug information, suggestions and other information to us via email. (Customer service email: [email protected])
Reward rules:
After a player submits a valid bug or suggestion, the official staff will rate it according to the importance of the bug or suggestion, and each player who reports a problem will be rewarded accordingly.
1. Low level: reward 2000 gold coins
2. Normal: Reward 4000 gold coins
3. Advanced: Reward 6000 gold coins
4. Major: reward 10,000 gold coins (major bugs include but are not limited to: human-controlled downtime, human-controlled rollback, money brushing, copying, and invincibility)
Reward distribution rules:
1. For the same bug or suggestion, we will give priority to the first player to give feedback. If other players report the same bug or suggestion, we will give the top ten players a token gold reward. We have expressed our appreciation for this. your thanks;
2. The personal information must be filled in completely (player character name, QQ number or email and other contact information), otherwise the reward will not be received;
3. After the server is officially launched, players are requested to ensure that the character name is the same as the name of the playtest test period to avoid being unable to receive rewards;
4. The official server will be announced within two weeks after the official server is launched, and rewards will be distributed;
5. Rewards will be distributed until two weeks after the server is launched. Please pay attention to the announcement time on Steam for the specific time. No reissue will be made after the expiration date.
In addition, if you find a major bug in the game (duplication, money brushing and other bugs that seriously affect the balance of the game), please contact us as soon as possible.
