Hi everyone!
We’re just a few days away from the 2nd anniversary of Hero’s Adventure on PC. Counting the EA days, many of you have actually been with us far longer, but since we’d like to feel young as developers, we’ll stick to whatever Steam says, lol.
We’ve said “thank you” a lot over the years, but on a milestone like this, everything really comes back to one thing:
We’re grateful that you chose to step into this world we created.
If Hero’s Adventure has given you even one moment worth remembering, that already means more to us than you might think.
Anniversary Sale & Community Giveaway
To celebrate, Hero’s Adventure will be 50% OFF (our new all-time-low price), starting November 16 and running for two weeks until November 29.

Another Hero’s Adventure FAQ
Since announcing the spin-off in September, we’ve seen your discussions, theories, excitement, and concerns. The project is still early, but your enthusiasm is genuinely motivating (and yes, a little terrifying in the best way).
Here are a few answers to the most common questions:
Q: Will the spin-off release in Early Access?
A: No, it will launch directly as a full version.
During the first game’s EA phase, the constant back-and-forth was tiring for both players and the dev team. With the new title, we want it to feel more complete the moment you jump in. That means more planning and more polishing upfront, so we appreciate your patience.
Q: With the new studio, is the IP still secure?
A: Definitely. The rights to Hero’s Adventure are fully in our hands.
When setting up the new studio, securing the IP was the first thing we handled (even if it meant starting from zero again).
The original game will continue to be maintained, and the mobile version will keep supporting mods. For now, though, most of our development focus is on the spin-off.
Q: How does the spin-off connect to the original story?
A: It takes place decades after the original, a new era with faint echoes of the old.
A few factions leave traces you may recognize, but most have faded into history. We’re approaching this as a new story first and foremost. Jianghu is built on legacy, but every generation brings its own adventures.
Q: I prefer the pixel art and pixel UI of the original. Will the new game be very different visually?
We wanted the spin-off to feel visually fresh, so we made some noticeable changes, and of course, opinions have been mixed 😂
We’ve heard all the feedback. For now our top priority is refining the game content itself. Once that’s solid, we’ll look at how art direction, tech limits, and production time can better match what players are hoping for.
