Screenshot of the Week: Winter visitor has his eye on you
- With the Kickstarter campaign finished, we are preparing for a handover of a customer list and setting these people up with their entitlements and access
- Backers: watch for an email next week from FirstLook.gg (not PlayableWorlds.com)
- Existing testers: you will not be cut off. Backers will have higher priority to log in for tests. We will need more people though – especially for stress tests.
- Our dev team is now focusing on preparing for 24/7 continuous game service
- Added new weather patterns, new combat experience system, new consumables, new maker variants, and a bunch of bug fixes.
- Players are continuing to experiment with a small number of building elements and creatively making things we would have thought were impossible
- Players are inventing new in-game activities such as filling in potholes caused by destructive battles (and then posting their video to X.com)
- We have new hairstyles! And new clothing as well. But we are not yet showing the four new species.
- For those who used to play flight simulators, we have an option now to invert the Y-axis and make your mouse work the opposite way
- Kickstarter late pledges are still available but this is winding down soon: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/starsreach/stars-reach
