As we continue to grow and develop the game during Early Access (EA), I am excited to share the
approach to future updates and version numbering. I believe in keeping things transparent and
organized so that our community can easily track progress and understand what each update brings to
the table.
Version Naming Convention:
Starting with our current build, EAV 1.0, all future updates will follow a clear and consistent naming
format:
EAV MajorUpdate.MinorUpdate
For example, EAV 1.0 represents the first major update in Early Access. As we release additional updates,
both major and minor, you'll see the version numbers change accordingly. This structure will allow
players to quickly understand the significance of an update based on its version number.
Major Updates will introduce substantial new features, systems, or game mechanics. These are the
updates that will push the game closer to its full release.
Minor Updates will focus on smaller changes like bug fixes, performance improvements, and adjustments
to existing systems.
Why This Matters:
I know how important it is for our players to stay informed and be part of the journey. With this clear
versioning system, you’ll always know what level of changes are coming and what to expect from each
update. Whether it’s a massive content drop or an improvement to make your gameplay smoother, you’ll
be able to track our progress as we work towards the full release.
Stay tuned for more details on upcoming updates, and as always, thank you for your support during Early Access! Your feedback helps shape the future of the game!
Let’s make this game the best it can be!
