We add a new section called Tutorial for demo version of the game, player now can access this section from main menu screen, which contains 7 sub-section:
Welcome: A better introduction for the demo and its core features, along with a link to the Discord forum thread for resolving common graphic issues.
Ingame UI: Clear explaination for each HUD elements
Basic control: A cheatsheet for every common keybinding and mouse usage in-game.
Quick command mode: This is a really simple but effective system, which is overshadowed by a lack of information on how to use it and what it is used for. With this detailed tutorial on the feature, we really hope it can provide players with a good experience.
Tactical command mode: This is another command mode that is still a work in progress, so this tab is a placeholder. ;)
Aiming methods: This tab will show you the pros and cons of all aiming methods in the game, which might help you gain a clearer insight into how to effectively combine their usage.
Extra: We really need your support; therefore, we have added an extra tab for information, including our Patreon page, the main game’s Steam store page, and useful links such as our Discord forum and various social media channels. We would greatly appreciate it if you could join us on this journey!
We have received a lot of feedback regarding graphics and FPS issues in the game, and we want to emphasize that this is a known problem. Unfortunately, it is worse than we initially thought. A number of players are experiencing these issues, which has resulted in the demo having a lower minimum playtime than we expected.
The issues primarily relate to graphics cards. Please visit this link for a recommended fix.
You can find the name of the currently used graphics card in the Main Menu > Options > Graphics section.
We sincerely hope that this patch helps you gain a better understanding of the game. While there are still many strange errors and bugs in the demo, we will do our utmost to provide you with an excellent demo of CSCD.
Thank you!
