Balance Changes
The last month of pickups have sparked a lot of conversation about the merits and demerits of different loadouts. We're working on a big change to how Kevlar and Helmets work (stay tuned), but in the meantime the following changes have been made:
Conc-Bombs now have an even shorter wind-up.
Conc-Bombs now have a slightly longer throw range.
Conc-Bombs can now blow up in your hands, so don't cook them too long!
Concussive Shots have reduced viewkick.
The MP5 now gets less spread penalty from movement, and has had a ~6% damage buff.
The M202 Flash rockets have gotten a speed bump.
The Grenade Pistol has been brought down a peg, with reduced knockback, base damage, and aoe radius. Also, the drop animation can no longer be canceled after firing.
Dynamite throwables have consequently gotten a damage and aoe radius bump!
Throwing Knives have had both a hitbox size increase and a base damage increase.
Both the Pipe and Hockey Stick have gotten damage bumps.
Most importantly, rounds that time-out will now consistently result in a draw, instead of the most-HP mechanics from before.
Harlem Updates
Harlem now has additional paths opened up to the Warehouse Roof, between Apartments and Garage, and up to Sniper Roof! Sniper Roof itself has been nerfed a little bit by some new construction on the Warehouse, obscuring more of the rooftop.
