Dear players,
We regret to inform you about some important updates regarded the game on the Linux platform.
Due to upgrades in the core of the RPG Maker MV game engine, previous versions of the game framework on Linux can no longer launch the game properly. Despite our efforts in multiple updates and tested, unfortunately, the newly created game framework cannot launch the game correctly within the Steam environment, for reasons unknown. Therefore, after numerous unsuccessful attempts and much deliberation, we have decided to cease direct support for the Linux platform. We understand that this may not be the news you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this decision may cause you.
However, we have not forgotten about our Linux players. Through our tested, we have found that you can use the Compatibility Tools "Proton 7.0-6" provided by Steam in the Game/Application Properties to run the game relatively seamlessly. We hope this solution will help you continue enjoying our game.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understand and support. We look forward to the possibility of supported direct play game on the Linux platform again someday in the future.
Wish you a pleasant gaming experience!
